Noel Cocca has an extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Noel is the founder and CEO of RecruitingDaily.com, LLC, a leading online media resource for the recruiting industry. Noel also served as the CEO of RecruitingBlogs.com, the largest social network for HR and recruiting professionals. Prior to that, they were the President of Novo Medical Careers, where they focused on physician and healthcare recruitment strategy. Noel was also the owner and partner of Accurate Mailing Services, LLC, specializing in direct marketing for the healthcare and recruiting industries. Noel worked as the Director of Physician Recruiting at CompHealth and as the Senior Vice President of Physician Recruiting at Weatherby Healthcare. Additionally, Noel gained over 10 years of hospitality and restaurant management experience, working as the General Manager of The Wood Fired Group's fine dining establishment and as an Assistant at Marriott Hotels.

Noel Cocca completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Industrial Psychology from the University of New Haven between 1986 and 1991. Before that, they attended St. Joseph High School from 1982 to 1986, focusing on a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program.
