Madhan V has over 13 years of work experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. From 2016 to present, they have been the Founder and CEO of RecruitingHub.com, an AI-driven online recruitment marketplace. From 2012 to 2016, they were the Business Head of UK and EA Operations at Covenant HR Consulting Ltd, where they were instrumental in setting up new markets for the company in the UK/Europe region. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2012, they were the Deputy Manager of Corporate Sales at Naukri.com, India's No.1 job board.

Madhan V attended the University of Madras, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
