Scott Hickman

Scott Hickman is currently the CEO of Plantrs, a company focused on helping businesses meet their sustainability goals while hiring local talent. In addition to this role, Scott also serves as the Director of Recruitment at Building Careers and as the Director & Recruitment Manager at Recruitometry. With a background in placing IT candidates and experience working with .NET and JavaScript Developers in Belgium, Scott has a strong foundation in recruitment. Prior to their career in recruitment, Scott worked as a Payroll Administrator at Capita during their university holidays. Scott holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a Master's Degree in Marketing Management from the University of Surrey.
