From 1991 to 2003, they worked at Miller Advertising, where they held the role of Senior Vice President of Recruitment Advertising. Since 1997, Michael has been the President of RecruitSavvy, a boutique organization that specializes in providing world-class recruiting solutions to clients. In this role, they are responsible for managing the leadership team, setting goals, and exploring ways to improve client service.
