Michael Wilder

Michael Wilder has a strong background in recruitment and advertising. Michael started their career at Equity Advertising in 1984, serving as Vice President until 1991. From 1991 to 2003, they worked at Miller Advertising, where they held the role of Senior Vice President of Recruitment Advertising. Since 1997, Michael has been the President of RecruitSavvy, a boutique organization that specializes in providing world-class recruiting solutions to clients. In this role, they are responsible for managing the leadership team, setting goals, and exploring ways to improve client service.

Michael Wilder has a Bachelor of Arts degree in U.S. History from Colgate University.
