Crystal G. is the CEO and Founder of Kaizen Consulting, Inc., a role held since 2013. Crystal is also an Angel Investor for several companies, including Alamo Angels, GRIND, Bluegrass Vascular Technologies, Inc., KEY.co, Rectify, and WonderSpray, all starting from 2020 or 2021. Prior to the current entrepreneurial ventures, Crystal served as the Director of Program Project Management at USAA from May 2019 to April 2022 and as a Sr. Process Engineer at USAA from October 2007 to May 2012. Earlier experience includes working as a Safety Specialist at Toyota Motor Corporation in 2007. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University, completed in 2006.
