Lisa Steffen

Lisa Steffen is a seasoned professional in strategic advisory and management, currently serving as the Strategy and Internationalisation Lead at RECUP since October 2025. Previously, Lisa held the position of Chief of Staff at KONUX, where responsibilities included enabling strategic alignment and driving high-impact projects. With extensive experience at CBRE as a Director, Lisa specialized in Foreign Direct Investment and location strategies, leading a German team in advising companies on expansion. Earlier roles at Mott MacDonald involved advisory and project management for public sector projects focused on healthcare and education, and initial experience included internships in strategy consulting and economic cooperation. Lisa's academic background features a Master’s Degree in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations & Development Studies from Utrecht University.
