Lucie Hinrichsen

Lucie Hinrichsen currently serves as the Sustainability Lead at RECUP since June 2023, overseeing the development and monitoring of the company's ESG strategy and goals. Prior to this role, Lucie was the Team Lead for Climate Strategy at Normative.io from October 2019 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing client relationships, leading a team of Climate Strategy Advisors, and ensuring client success through comprehensive environmental impact assessments. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Climate Strategy Advisor and a Climate Strategy Advisor/Customer Success at Normative.io, as well as project management within SAP's Global Corporate Social Responsibility team. Lucie holds a Master of Science in Management Studies from Stockholm University and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and Business Administration from the University of Tübingen. Additionally, Lucie pursued studies in Media and Mass Communication, Economics, Business Administration, and Sociology at Tufts University.
