Sarah Dubbert

Sarah Dubbert currently serves as the Head of Operations & Customer Experience at RECUP, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah was at Crafting Future from June 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included Teamlead and Senior Supply Chain Managerin. Sarah has also held the position of Supply Chain Manager at Whollees GmbH and diverse roles at Unilever from September 2016 to September 2021, including Planning & Execution Manager Home Care and Sustainability & Communications Manager. Early career experiences include a Masterthesis at Deloitte focused on Industrie 4.0, working as a Technical Engineering Support student at Beiersdorf Manufacturing Hamburg, and various student positions at Hermes and Daimler AG. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from the University of Hamburg and completed a semester abroad in Supply Chain Management at the University of Sydney, along with a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen - Maschinenbau from Technische Universität Braunschweig.
