Jillian Bierman

Director, Customer Success

Jillian Bierman serves as the Director of Customer Success at Recurly since October 2025, following a similar position at LogicMonitor where leadership included managing three customer success teams and achieving outstanding net retention across 1,750 global accounts. Prior experience includes roles at Bazaarvoice as a Senior Manager and Client Partner, focusing on program ROI and client outcomes, and at CSO Research as a Regional Sales Manager and Lead Client Relations Manager, responsible for the complete sales process and client satisfaction. Jillian began a career in equestrian instruction as the Head Dressage Trainer at MCC Highlander Ranch. Jillian holds a BA in Psychology and History from Baylor University, earned in 2009.
