Anil Singh

Anil Singh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy and electrical engineering sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Recurrent Energy since April 2024, Anil leads the Australia operations, overseeing project portfolio transactions for solar and battery energy storage systems. Previously, Anil held the position of Director of Engineering at Canadian Solar Inc., managing engineering development for large-scale solar farms across Australia and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Anil has also worked as Electrical Engineering Manager at CitiPower and Powercor, where leadership of a multidisciplinary engineering team was critical for the delivery of renewable energy projects. Additional experience includes roles at Aurecon, SKM, Senvion Australia Pty Ltd, and AusNet Services, focusing on design, consultancy, project management, and engineering analysis in the power utility space. Anil holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Durban Institute of Technology.
