Carlos Algarra

Carlos Algarra currently serves as the Operational Performance Associate Director and previously held the position of O&M Technical Director at Recurrent Energy since January 2024. With a robust background in operations and management, Carlos has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, having worked as O&M Technical Director and O&M Technical Manager at PSH Operations from October 2017 to March 2024. Additional roles include O&M Technical Manager and Site Integration Team Manager at PS Renewables and Technical Service Manager at ITV Ice-makers. Carlos began the career in technical services with roles at Power Electronics, where responsibilities encompassed technical support for solar inverters, and earlier as Project Manager at Siliken S.A. and SunEnergy, focusing on PV and solar thermal projects. Carlos holds an Industrial Engineering degree and a Master's in Energy Technology for Sustainable Development from Universitat Politècnica de València.
