Michael Holland

Michael Holland has a diverse and extensive work experience. Michael is currently working as the Director, Senior Counsel at Recurrent Energy since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant and Advisor at Ennuity Holdings, Inc. from March 2020. From 2013 to 2020, they served in various roles at SunPower Corporation, including Senior Director, Associate General Counsel, Global IP and Products, Associate General Counsel, Global IP and Products, Director, Senior Counsel, and Commercial Counsel. Before joining SunPower Corporation, they were the Vice President and General Counsel at Powerfin Partners, LLC from September 2009 to February 2013. Michael also worked as a Visiting Scholar and Research Associate at the University of Texas at Austin from 2007 to 2009. Michael'scareer started as an Associate at Vinson and Elkins from 2005 to 2007.

Michael Holland completed their education with a B.A. magna cum laude in Anthropology from The University of Texas at Austin in 1999. Michael then went on to pursue their law degree at Yale Law School, completing their JD in 2005.
