Ryan Jones

Ryan Jones is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as a Sr. Product Manager for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) at Recurrent Energy since November 2024. Previously, Ryan founded Enlighten Energy Ltd, leading an international team in developing advanced technologies for the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency markets. Ryan has held various leadership roles, including Head of Performance at MN8 Energy and Director of Performance Engineering at Arevon Energy, where responsibilities included system performance optimization and technical management of substantial renewable energy assets. Ryan's work experience also includes roles in business development, project engineering, and customer support at notable companies such as SunEdison and Solyndra. Educational background includes a BA in History of Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an MS in Electrical Engineering from San Francisco State University.
