Estefanía Barreto-Ojeda

Estefanía Barreto-Ojeda, PhD, is a Machine Learning Engineer at Recursion since May 2023, with previous experience as a Computational Scientist in Machine Learning at Cyclica, where significant contributions included developing ML pipelines for drug discovery and implementing Data Version Control for project efficiency. Academic background includes a PhD in Biophysical Chemistry from the University of Calgary, where roles as a researcher and teaching assistant involved guiding undergraduate students in scientific writing and applying statistical tests to biological data.
