Adam Scheer

VP Of Applied Data Science At Recurve at Recurve

Adam Scheer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. From 2019 to the present, they have held the position of VP of Applied Data Science at Recurve, where they utilize their expertise in data analysis. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Customer Solutions at Recurve. Before joining Recurve, Adam held various positions at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, including Principal Policy Analyst, Supervisor of Residential Programs, and Expert Strategic Analyst in the field of EM&V. Adam also served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Combustion Research Facility of Sandia National Laboratories. Adam started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and the University of Colorado Boulder. Additionally, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they demonstrated strong leadership and teaching skills. Adam also gained research experience as a Graduate and Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and as an Editorialist at Daily Nebraskan. Early in their career, they worked as an Analytical Chemist Intern at Novartis Consumer Health.

Adam Scheer attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2000 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics. Adam then went on to pursue further education at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Chemical Physics from 2006 to 2011. In addition, they also obtained a Graduate Energy Certificate during the same period from the University of Colorado Boulder.
