Mel Tizzard

Mel Tizzard is an experienced talent partner currently working at RecWorks Ltd in the Orkestra Team since October 2018. Recently, Mel held the position of Internal Talent Partner and Events Organiser at Novoda from April 2023 to October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Service Representative at Allianz from August 2011 to November 2019. Mel is also pursuing education at the University of the West of England, with studies ongoing since 2010.
