Kemen Jibrin-Njoku has worked in two companies over the past decade. From 2013 to present, they have been an Admin Officer at RecyclePoints, where they are responsible for the implementation of the overall strategy, planning, coordination and management of all business policies & procedures, providing daily administrative and organisational leadership responsibilities, managing of databases and financial records, preparing reports and correspondences, and attending and taking notes in both internal and external meetings. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2013, they were a Frontline Officer at Abuja Property Development Company, where they were the focal person/Customer relations officer, providing information to customers/clients/visitors on inquiry, creating and sustaining mutual relationship between clients and APDC/AICL, receiving,/directing/relaying telephone messages/inquiries from within and outside the company, properly identifying and documenting of staff visitors, maintaining daily log of staff attendance register, and providing office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.

Kemen Jibrin-Njoku attended St. Louis college, Jos from 1994 to 2000. Kemen then went on to the University of Jos, where they obtained a Diploma in Law in 2002. After that, they attended Lagos State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in French Language in 2009.
