Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith is the Founder and CEO of Recyclops, a certified B Corp that specializes in logistics solutions for recycling, reuse, and composting on a national scale, serving brands such as Grove Collaborative, Imperfect Foods, DYPER, and Lumio since July 2013. In addition to this role, Ryan serves as a Board Member for the Recycling Coalition of Utah, working to enhance recycling efforts statewide. Previously, Ryan held positions such as Regional President of Kairos Society, where strategic planning and leadership development were key focuses, and Partner at Campus Founders Fund, co-managing a student-run investment fund. Ryan also served as President of the BYU Entrepreneurship Club, significantly increasing member engagement. Ryan's early experience includes roles at First Opinion and Baby.com.br during internship opportunities. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a strategy emphasis from Brigham Young University.
