Areum Jung

Areum Jung has held two professional positions. In 2019, they were a MBA Project Consultant for Recycling Technologies Ltd. Prior to that, they were employed by the Korea Tourism Organization from 2012 to 2019, where they held two roles: Brand Advertising Manager and PR Marketing Assistant Manager. As Brand Advertising Manager, they developed a brand strategy and launched a new Korean tourism brand, and planned and implemented five global campaigns. Areum also operated the website and social media accounts of the Korean tourism brand, and developed and implemented creative content strategies. As PR Marketing Assistant Manager, they took lead in high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media, created 12+ public relations campaigns annually, and managed relationships with over 100 reporters. Areum wrote and distributed 10 press releases every week, of which 90% were reported in the media.

Areum Jung completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Sejong University in Hospitality Administration/Management. Areum then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School. After that, they completed an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Luxury Industries and Brand Management.
