Erika Nickels

Erika Nickels is a professional with experience in various industries, including food service, sustainability, research, and technical project coordination. Erika has worked as a baker, bartender, customer service representative, and audit coordinator. Currently, Erika is the Product Manager at Recyclist, where Erika oversees the Program Tracker tool for California's SB 1383. Erika also has experience as an undergraduate researcher at the Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center and as a team member at the Sustainable Food Group at the IPM Institute of North America.
