Debra Bieber

Debra Bieber, MJ-LEL, SPHR, SHRM-CP has over 30 years of professional experience in human resources. Debra currently serves as the Head of People Operations & Driver Experience at Recyclops, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they were the Owner of Bieber Lawn, Lake & Forestry LLC from 1991-2011. Debra also held the role of Director of Human Resources at Southwestern Healthcare, Inc from 2011-2006, HR Manager at Patriot Coal Corporation from 2006-2004, Human Resources Manager and Recruiter at ACCENT Marketing from 2004-1999, and People Services Manager at Shorman Stevens & Associates from 1999-1991.

Debra Bieber, MJ-LEL, SPHR, SHRM-CP has an extensive educational background. In 2016-2018, they attended Tulane University Law School where they earned a Masters Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law. From 2003-2005, they attended Saint Marys of The Woods and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Resources Management and Services. Additionally, from 2002-2005, they attended Saint Marys of the Woods and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Debra also holds certifications as a Certified Facilitator EVERYTHING DiSC from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand (obtained in November 2016), a SHRM-CP from SHRM (obtained in March 2015), and a SPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI (obtained in April 2017).
