Carolyn Thomas

Carolyn Thomas serves as the Head of People & Strategic Operations at Euclid Power, beginning in September 2024, where the focus is on empowering renewable energy leaders and teams to enhance project development for a sustainable future. Prior to this role, Carolyn was the Head of People and a Partner at The People Design House, emphasizing the importance of organizational culture and people strategy. Earlier experience includes serving as Principal Consultant and Head of People at Bungalow, managing recruiting and HR operations while contributing to the company being recognized among America's Best Startup Employers. Additionally, Carolyn held roles as Chief of Staff and General Manager in Seattle, overseeing market operations, and worked as a Freelance Writer/Editor with publications in notable outlets. Carolyn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Humanities with Honors from Whitman College.
