Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Between February 2016 and 2019, Mariana worked as a Nutritionist in a private consulting practice and served as a university instructor teaching courses in applied mathematics to nutrition and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
