Vivian Loftin has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Vivian is currently a Co-Founder at Recyda GmbH, where they help companies assess packaging recyclability using software and data. Prior to this, they worked at Futury as part of an innovation project focused on turning sustainable packaging ideas into reality.
Throughout their career, Vivian has also gained valuable experience in marketing and communication. Vivian was a member of MTP - Marketing zwischen Theorie und Praxis e.V., where they had the opportunity to learn about marketing both in theory and in practice. Vivian has also worked as a German coach at Erasmus Language Sharing, where they prepared educational materials and planned lessons for university students.
Vivian has also held positions outside of the marketing field. Vivian has interned at Condor Flugdienst GmbH in product management, gaining experience in various areas such as marketing and ecommerce. Additionally, they have worked in the cultural sector as an intern at the German Cultural Institute (ICA) in Mexico, where they enhanced their intercultural sensitivity and communication skills.
In terms of their earlier work experience, Vivian has served as a student assistant at Zentrum für Europäische Wirtschaftsforschung GmbH (ZEW), supporting the trainer team in researching contents and designing presentations. Vivian has also worked as a child and youth worker at Jugendpflege Riedstadt Goddelau and Stadt Riedstadt, where they organized activities and events for youth groups.
Before starting their professional career, Vivian gained valuable skills through internships and student roles. Vivian interned at Echo Druck und Service GmbH, where they gained insights into newspaper publishing by researching visual material, editing visuals, and designing newspaper pages and advertisements.

Vivian Loftin completed their education at various institutions. Vivian attended Gymnasium Gernsheim from 2004 to 2013 and obtained their Abitur degree. In 2013, they enrolled at the University of Mannheim, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Culture and Business Administration until 2017. During their studies, in September 2014, they obtained a TOEFL Certificate. In 2015, they had the opportunity to study at Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Arts and Culture Studies field, which they completed in 2016. Seeking further specialization, Vivian pursued a Master's degree in International Cultural and Business Studies at Universität Passau from 2018 to 2020.
