Sanskar has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Product Manager - Technology at Recykal.com since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at IDFC FIRST Bank as a Product Manager - Senior Manager from June 2021 to October 2022, and as a Product Manager - Manager from June 2021 to June 2022. Before joining the banking sector, they served as a member of the Council of Student Affairs at the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur from January 2020 to April 2021. Sanskar also completed a management internship at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. from April 2020 to June 2020. Sanskar's earlier experience includes a role as a Software Developer at 1mg from January 2019 to June 2019, and as a Software Developer Intern from January 2019 to May 2019. Prior to that, they were a Senior Student Coordinator at the Placement Cell IIIT Naya Raipur from October 2017 to February 2019.
