Vikram Prabakar ♻️

Vikram Prabakar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vikram is currently the Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer at Recykal since February 2021. Prior to that, Vikram worked as an Associate Vice President in Product Management at HighRadius from January 2020 to January 2021.

From March 2019 to January 2020, Vikram served as the Chief Product Officer at Payswiff Solutions Private Limited, where they led the company's product vision, strategy, design, and delivery. Prior to that role, from January 2018 to February 2019, they held the position of Senior Vice President - Products and Innovation at Payswiff, where they focused on developing SaaS applications catering to the needs of businesses in India.

Before joining Payswiff, Vikram worked as the Co-Founder and CEO of HITA Informatics Pvt Ltd from September 2016 to December 2017. At HITA, they led a skilled team to develop modern applications for Enterprises and SMEs, resulting in successful partnerships and the acquisition of HITA by Payswiff. Notable solutions developed at HITA include the GSP Platform (GST Suvidha Provider Framework) and TAXnGO (Enterprise Solution).

Vikram's earlier experience includes working as a Group Manager in Product Management at Oracle USA Inc from July 2007 to August 2016. Prior to that, they held the role of Manager, Business Software at Clifton Gunderson LLP, where they were responsible for the implementation consulting division and played a key role in growing the practice.

Vikram's career also includes experience at Oracle India development center as a Manager in Product Management from January 2002 to January 2006, and at NaviWorld Thailand Co., Ltd as a Sr. Consultant from 1999 to 2002. At NaviWorld, they managed the entire product development lifecycle and successfully implemented solutions for Microsoft Dynamics NAV for customers across various industries and countries.

Throughout their career, Vikram has demonstrated strong leadership, product management, and innovation skills, resulting in successful product launches and business growth.

Vikram Prabakar completed their education with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accountancy and Tax from Osmania University. This educational endeavor spanned from 1993 to 1996. Vikram further pursued their studies at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they obtained the Chartered Accountant degree specializing in Accounting, Audit, and Taxation. This period of education lasted from 1994 to 1998.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Vikram Prabakar obtained certifications in 2023. Vikram completed "The Sustainability Imperative" program from the University of Colorado Boulder and "The Materiality of ESG Factors" program from the University of Pennsylvania.
