Lauren Elmore

Lauren Elmore is the Director of Resources of Red Alpha. Lauren leads Red Alpha's talent acquisition strategies and programs, and designs develops and implements HR policies and initiatives. Prior to Red Alpha, Lauren was the Talent Acquisition Lead for G2 (acquired by Huntington Ingalls Industries), a software and security engineering firm supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. With over 12 years of industry experience, Lauren's expertise includes full lifecycle recruitment, benefits management, compliance, process improvement, brand awareness, community outreach and event planning and management. Taking care of Red Alpha members is at the heart of her work, where she has the opportunity to make a positive impact on people every single day.
