Jeff Stephenson is currently the Director of Water Resources at the San Diego County Water Authority, a position held since October 2023, after serving as the Water Resources Manager from 1996 to 2023, where management of water policy and water supply planning groups was a key responsibility. In addition to his roles at the Water Authority, Jeff served as an instructor for the Legislation, Regulations, and Operations course in the Water Management and Landscape Sustainability Certificate Program at San Diego State University from 2011 to 2013. Jeff holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from California State University-San Bernardino.
