Amanda Moore has a diverse work history spanning over 15 years. Amanda co-founded and served as COO at Red Aspen, a social selling beauty company focused on empowering women. Amanda also owned and worked as a recruiter at Boise Recruiting LLC, where they built partnerships with local businesses and helped candidates find employment in the Boise area. At Scentsy, Inc., Amanda held several roles including Program Manager, Associate Country Manager - Europe, Project Manager/Business Strategist, and Recruiter. Their responsibilities included designing and implementing consultant programs, driving sales, managing marketing initiatives, and identifying top talent. Amanda also gained coaching experience as the Head Coach at Boise Stealth Volleyball. Furthermore, they worked as a recruiter at TEKsystems, a technology staffing and services company, and as a leasing agent at Wheatland Property Management. Overall, Amanda has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills throughout their various roles.
Amanda Moore earned their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from the University of Idaho, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
