Hansa Parmar

Hansa Parmar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Hansa currently holds the position of Principal Product Manager at Red Badger since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Director at Zone from July 2018 until July 2022.

Hansa also has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked at TalkTalk as a Senior Product Manager from February 2012 to May 2018. In this role, they were responsible for driving the self-serve experience for customers and achieving key targets on call reduction, churn improvements, and customer satisfaction.

Before joining TalkTalk, Hansa worked at BSkyB, where they held multiple roles. From April 2009 to January 2012, they served as a Product Development Manager (My Sky & Rewards), responsible for shaping and delivering the product roadmap for Sky's customer channel. Prior to that, they were a Product Development Manager (Account & Billing) from September 2007 to April 2009, contributing to the shaping of the Account & Billing roadmap and launching online capabilities to increase customer reach.

Hansa's earlier career includes roles such as Online Campaign Manager at Electronic Arts, Marketing Manager at Blockbuster, Marketing Executive at Video Networks Ltd, and Brand Assistant at Debenhams.

Hansa Parmar obtained a Diploma in Digital Business Leadership with a focus on Digital Transformation & Culture from The Academy of Digital Business Leaders in 2015-2016. In 2009-2010, they completed a Professional Certificate in Management at Nottingham Trent University. Additionally, Hansa Parmar holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Studies (Marketing) with Information Technology from the University of East London.
