Thupten C. has a long history of work experience in the coffee and tea industry. In 2019, they began their role as Head of Wholesale Operations at Red Bay Coffee, where they provided strategic leadership and optimized solutions to improve performance and service metric levels, tangible cost reductions, and facilitated synergy across multiple channels and teams. In 2018, they worked as an Operations Manager at Cheetah Technologies, where they led an operations team and managed relationships with 3rd party inventory sources and 3rd party logistics providers. From 2007 to 2018, Thupten C. worked at Boudin, first as Director of Catalog Operations, where they strategized and executed marketing, sales, and fulfillment objectives, and then as GM of Catalog Operations. In 2007, they also began their role as Distribution Center Manager at Peerless Coffee & Tea, where they managed and trained a team of 10 union fulfillment employees and 7 route drivers, identified reliable carriers, and coordinated with Production and Materials Planning Departments.
