Tom Frengillo

Tom Frengillo has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Tom started their career in 1988 as General Manager at RR Donnelley and held this position until 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as an Assistant Vice President at OppenheimerFunds. In 2007, they became the President of Red Book Solutions, where they managed the development of management tools and served a wide range of multi-unit location businesses. In 2014, they joined HotSchedules as V.P. and Managing Director. Overall, their experience spans over three decades in leadership and management positions in different industries.

Tom Frengillo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Print Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1982 to 1986. Tom also earned a certification in Lean Manufacturing and Leadership from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they hold additional certifications including Certified Net Promoter® Associate from Satmetrix in 2012, ADKAR Change Management from Prosci, Inc. in 2006, Lean Manufacturing from the University of Michigan in 2003, and ISO 9001 QMS Auditor/Lead Auditor from IRCA North America in 2002.
