Hans Schrama has had a diverse work experience in various industries. Hans started their career as a Communications Specialist at Kamer van Koophandel in 2009, where they oversaw communications with stakeholders and acted as a spokesperson. Hans then founded their own web shop start-up, Batts.nl, specializing in power banks, batteries, and gadgets. In 2012, they joined CFF Communications as a Media Analyst, conducting media coverage analyses and producing reports for notable clients. At Avoid-Crowds.com, starting in 2019, they worked as a Tourist Guide, developing and maintaining a private data project that predicts tourist activity at popular destinations. Since 2016, they have been working at Red Bull Media House, where they have held various roles such as International Digital Insights Specialist, Senior Media Insights Manager, Acting Global Head of Audience Insights, and currently, Head of Media Insights. In these roles, they have been responsible for overseeing global media analytics, tracking communications, and quantifying sponsorship results for numerous events and teams.

Hans Schrama obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Leiden University between 2007 and 2011. Prior to that, they attended Bonaventura college from 1997 to 2005 to complete their VWO degree.
