Matt Cohen

Matt Cohen is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Red Bull since June 2022, Matt specializes in full lifecycle recruiting for Shared Services Technical, Finance, Talent, and Operations roles across Red Bull North America, Red Bull Distribution Company, and Red Bull Media House. Previously, as a Technical Sourcer at LeafLink for a brief period in early 2022, Matt focused on sourcing candidates for the Product organization before the role ended due to a hiring freeze. Matt's experience also includes serving as a Technical Sourcing Recruiter at Wayfair, where responsibilities included sourcing Software Engineers and Engineering Managers, and as a Technical Recruiter at Apex Systems, focusing on various IT and engineering positions. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University and attended Santa Barbara City College from 2012 to 2014.
