Rafael M.

Rafael M. is an accomplished Festival & Event Manager currently working at Red Bull since April 2022. With a robust background in music and event management, Rafael held key positions at Do LaB, Inc. from November 2014 to July 2023, including Stage Director for The Stacks at Lightning In A Bottle, Marketing Manager responsible for expanding promotional strategies, and Producer overseeing signage for major events. Additionally, Rafael served as Artist Manager for Canadian duo Pigeon Hole and emerging artist Abelation at Vital Management from October 2017 to January 2023. Rafael has also contributed as Executive Producer & Music Director for soundXperiment and founded Altered States Productions. Early career roles include managing transportation for artists at Lucidity Festivals and coordinating operations at On Campus Media. Rafael holds an Associate of Science in Marketing from Santa Barbara City College.
