Kathy Steele

Kathy Steele is the current CEO at Red Caffeine, a growth consultancy. Kathy has also been on the Enterprising Women Advisory Board, Forbes Agency Council, and Small Giants Community. Kathy is also the founder and CEO of their own company, Red Caffeine. In 2010, they were on the Women In Business Advisory Team - Programming Chair for the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, and they were also a Women's Classic Golf Committee Member for Clearbrook from 2006 to 2012.

Kathy Steele's educational career began with a degree in graphic design from the American Academy of Art. Kathy then went on to study psychology at Illinois State University.
