Adele Faiks has extensive experience in customer success and management, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at Red Canary since February 2019. Prior to this role, Adele was a Sales Manager for the BlueJeans Customer Success Team at ServiceSource from April 2017 to February 2019 and worked as an Associate Broker at Keller Williams Real Estate, LLC from July 2004 to September 2017. Earlier in the career, Adele served as a Consultant at IBM from September 1994 to September 2002. Adele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Metropolitan State University of Denver, with prior education at Colorado State University.
