Rushi Sanathra has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2009, they began their career as an Indicorps Fellow at Lokmitra, where they worked until 2011. Following this, they served as a Program Manager at the Piramal Fellowship for Sustainable Business from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, Rushi worked as a Project Consultant at DIGDEEP and also served as a Supplier Adviser at united.green until 2014. They then joined Restoration Hardware as a Consultant for a brief period before transitioning to Little Passports, where they held the roles of Associate Operations Manager and Operations Manager (Customer Success Manager) from 2014 to 2020.
