Carmen Hogan

Carmen Hogan currently serves as a Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist at Red Canary, a Zscaler company, since October 2025. Prior to this role, Carmen held various positions at Dragos, Inc., including Sales Enablement Manager III, where significant accomplishments included leading the implementation of the Mindtickle LMS, which achieved a 30% increase in course completion rates, and spearheading a streamlined Sales Enablement Program. Carmen also held several roles at Dragos focused on content creation and development, overseeing over 130 learning assets. Earlier experience includes teaching positions at Frisco ISD and Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD, as well as a Learning and Development Associate role at McAfee. Carmen began a professional career as a Business Development Associate at The Salvation Army. Carmen holds a Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University.
