Chris Brook

Chris Brook is a Senior Information Security Researcher at Red Canary. They previously held the role of Marketing Manager at Fortra, where they led a team focused on producing content for cybersecurity leaders and executed go-to-market strategies. Prior to that, Chris was the Managing Editor and Cybersecurity Writer at Fortra's Digital Guardian, significantly enhancing the blog's reputation within the industry. They began their career in journalism, writing for the Boston Globe and Performer Magazine, and earned a B.A. in Journalism with a minor in Sociology from Northeastern University.
