Nicholas Abraham

Nicholas Abraham is a seasoned professional in investor relations, currently serving as the Director of Investor Relations at Red Cedar Homes since September 2024, where Nicholas successfully designed and launched the company's first Scattered Lot fund and expanded operations with Fund II into Greenville, SC and Atlanta, GA. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Investor Relations at Sterling Wealth Capital, where Nicholas developed a $150M equity pipeline, and Senior Director of Investor Relations at QC Capital, significantly increasing investor leads and raising $17M for multifamily real estate acquisitions. Nicholas also contributed to the growth of Florida Polytechnic University's alumni program and previously held roles in finance and consulting at various organizations, including GEICO and Lockheed Martin. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's of Science in Economics and Finance from Florida Southern College.
