Nicholas Abraham

Nicholas Abraham is an experienced professional in investor relations and capital raising, currently serving as the Director of Investor Relations at Red Cedar Homes since September 2024. In this role, Nicholas designed and launched the firm's first Scattered Lot fund, consolidating 100 new construction home builds annually and developing capital raise strategies for Build-to-Rent and Subdivision deals. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Vice President of Investor Relations at Sterling Wealth Capital, where a $150 million equity pipeline was developed in just six months. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Investor Relations at QC Capital, where Nicholas significantly increased monthly investor leads and contributed to raising $17 million for multifamily real estate acquisitions. Nicholas also developed a comprehensive alumni program at Florida Polytechnic University and achieved substantial sales growth as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Solar Homes. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Florida Southern College.
