Nicole della Cava

Nicole Della Cava has a strong background in finance and has held various roles in well-known companies. Nicole is currently working at Red Cell Partners as the Director of Finance, where they utilize their expertise in financial strategy management. Prior to that, they worked at Morgan Stanley as an Equity Research Associate. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Nicole worked at Equitable, where they served as the Lead Manager for Financial Planning and Analysis and as a Senior Manager overseeing financial analysis for the Business Unit CFO team. Nicole began their career at AllianceBernstein and participated in their Investment Management & Operations Rotational Program. During their time at AllianceBernstein, they held roles in fixed income, alternative investments, and analyst positions. Overall, Nicole has gained extensive experience in finance through their various roles in different companies.

Nicole Della Cava earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Economics from Bucknell University. Nicole later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. In addition, Nicole has obtained certifications in the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 63 from FINRA.
