Jeffrey Raper has extensive work experience in digital advertising and strategy. Jeffrey started their career in 2000 as a Webmaster at Seacoast Media Group, where they coordinated daily content publishing and managed web administration staff. Jeffrey later became an Assistant Systems Manager, providing primary support for computers and implementing backup strategies. In 2007, they were promoted to New Media Director, where they worked with the newsroom to update the website and maximize revenue through sales opportunities.

In 2009, Jeffrey joined Dow Jones Local Media Group as a Digital Content Manager, facilitating the growth of the digital audience through content creation and distribution initiatives. Jeffrey also supported the marketing team's social networking and outreach efforts. Jeffrey then moved on to Local Media Group as a Digital Content Manager, where they managed digital subscription data, developed a customer service platform, and maintained relationships with ad agencies.

In 2015, Jeffrey joined AffinityX as a Digital Advertising Operations Manager, responsible for the smooth delivery of ad campaigns and ad operations requirements. Jeffrey later became a Lead Technical Account Manager, acting as a subject matter expert in digital marketing and assisting with client escalations and new product messaging. Jeffrey then transitioned to the role of Product Operations Manager, envisioning and operationalizing new ideas into client-facing products and services.

Most recently, Jeffrey has joined Red Circle Agency as a Senior Digital Strategist, where they utilize their expertise to develop digital strategies for clients.

Jeffrey Raper attended the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In addition to their formal education, they also pursued various certifications. Jeffrey became AdWords certified by Google AdWords Certified in December 2015. Later, in March 2019, they obtained certification as a Trading Academy Certified Practitioner from The Trade Desk. Additionally, in April 2019, they obtained certification as a Trading Academy Certified Strategist, also from The Trade Desk.
