Emily Morgan is an accomplished communications and operations leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Operations & Innovation at The Red Consultancy since January 2000, Emily drives innovation in client services while overseeing training, diversity, and sustainability initiatives. In addition to this role, Emily leads ESG efforts across the Accordience Network and provides pro-bono strategic communications guidance to The Natasha Allergy Research Foundation. Previous positions include Senior Account Executive at The Quay and Team Coordinator at Shire Hall (now Ogilvy PR), along with various roles in marketing and media analysis that began in 1994. Emily holds a BA in Journalism and English from Rhodes University.
