Kim Walker serves as the Principal at Ecole Mountview Elementary School since August 2022, fostering a bilingual community in French immersion education. With extensive experience within the Red Deer Public School District, Kim held various roles, including Principal at Fairview Elementary School and Acting Principal. A dedicated educator since January 1996, Kim has contributed to literacy, special needs programming, and liaising within the district. Involvement in educational leadership is highlighted through positions such as Program Chair and President of the Central Alberta Teachers' Convention Executive. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Leadership in Special Education from the University of Alberta, a Bachelor of Education, and a certification in Equine Management and Coaching, alongside training as a Trauma Practitioner.
