Lurdes Siberio Wood currently serves as the AVP of Quality Assurance at Red Diamond Coffee & Tea since September 2018, after previously holding the position of Quality Assurance Manager. In addition, Lurdes is the Chief Operating Officer of Marketing and Inventory at Chris Wood Industries- Authorized Snapon Franchisee, managing marketing responsibilities and overseeing inventory management since October 2019. Academic experience includes roles as a Research Associate and Research Assistant at Mississippi State University between 2013 and 2018. Lurdes has also worked as a Quality Control Coordinator at El Meson Sandwiches and completed a student internship as a Research Assistant with USDA-FSIS. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Food Science and Technology from Mississippi State University, an MS in Food Science and Technology from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, and a BS in General Biology from the same institution.
