Joseph Derflinger

Joseph Derflinger has over 10 years of work experience in the gaming industry. Joseph began their career in 2009 as a QA Tester for Namco Bandai Games America. Joseph then moved on to become a Community Manager for Perfect World Entertainment, Inc. and GREE International, Inc. In 2012, they became a Community Manager for Red Robot Labs Inc. and also held the same position at Quark Games. In 2013, they were a Senior Community Manager for CocoaChina/Chukong Technologies. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Global Operations Manager for Tencent Games and then became the Founder of Global Trends (深圳内华视讯有限公司). In 2020, they became the Senior Global Operations Manager for NetEase Games and in 2022 they became the Founder of Red Door Digital.

Joseph Derflinger began their educational journey at Del Mar High School, where they graduated in 2003. Joseph then went on to attend De Anza College, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Social/Behaviorial Science in 2006. Finally, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Theirtory at UC San Diego in 2009.
