Lisa Marino

Lisa Marino is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee experience and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience at Red Door Interactive since May 2018, Lisa has progressed through various roles at the company, including Manager of Employee Experience and Senior Talent Manager. Prior to this, Lisa worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority from April 2012 to May 2018, and as an HR Specialist at Eisenhower Medical Center from April 2009 to April 2012. Lisa Marino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Chico, earned between 2004 and 2008.
