Joshua Pedersen

Joshua Pedersen is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations, Market Director, and Managing Partner at Red Door Woodfired Grill since March 2018, Joshua has demonstrated leadership and management skills. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as Operations Manager at Local Pub Company from June 2016 to March 2018. Joshua's extensive experience also includes serving as General Manager at Lombardi's Italian Restaurant from July 2012 to January 2016 and at Roja Mexican Grill + Margarita Bar from June 2009 to July 2012, where the role included both General Manager and Assistant General Manager positions.
