Charles Litieka

Charles Litieka is an experienced Human Resources Officer currently working at Red Dot Distribution Ltd since September 2018. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, training, leave management, and employee relations across all subsidiaries, as well as designing standard operating procedures related to various HR processes. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Officer at Punchlines, where advisory roles involved compliance with labor laws and managing HR procedures. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Moi University, a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management from the College of Human Resource Management, and is a Certified Human Resource Practitioner-Kenya.
